Education refers to the creation of formal and certified training courses to enhance professionality, status, and pay for ECCE staff. A childcare centre is at its most basic staffed by assistants, supervisors, and manager(s), all of whom should have formal training to perform their duties and responsibilities to the national standards set by the government. Together with international and national experts, we create and then transfer educational courses to local colleges or universities.
