10 Years in Ethiopia!
24th October 2024 marks a significant milestone for Partnership for Change (PfC); 10 years of creating lasting impact in Ethiopia! A journey of empowering women, strengthening families, and building brighter futures.
The journey for Partnership for Change (PfC) began with a mission to support women through entrepreneurship and jobcreation. However, as we worked alongside communities, we uncovered a vital truth: Due to lack of affordable, quality childcare, mothers could not fully unlock their potential and support their families as they wished to.
That insight shaped the heart of our work. Over the past 10 years, we have established innovative childcare solutions, trained hundreds of childcare providers, and created sustainable daycare centers that empower women to work while ensuring their children thrive.
Our commitment aligns with key SDGs, including Quality Education (SDG4), Gender Equality (SDG5), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG8). By developing sustainable childcare solutions, we have supported families, nurtured children’s growth, and strengthened communities
This journey is a testament to the power of collaboration, resilience and a shared vision.
